Police AWD Sport Utility Vehicles

The City of Saint John is soliciting proposals under solicitation number 2026-231003P for the supply of four or more Police AWD Sport Utility Vehicles to serve as SJPF Patrol Units. The vehicles must adhere to City of Saint John Specifications 122-26 and 120-26, bear the National Safety Mark, and meet or exceed Canadian Motor Vehicle Safety Standards. Optional deliverables include leftover units, rear cargo slide-out trays, dual side window guards, manufacturer dividers, and canine containment systems. All units must be delivered F.O.B. to the City of Saint John, with pricing submitted in Canadian funds inclusive of insurance, overhead, and duties, excluding HST/GST. Proposals are due by October 28, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. ADT via the designated bidding system. The award will be based on a weighted scoring method where specifications and quality account for 40 percent, cost for 30 percent, delivery for 15 percent, and service and value-added innovations for 5 percent each. Proponents must submit mandatory pricing and reference forms in English and certify against illegal business practices and unethical conduct. Successful vendors will be issued a purchase order and must submit invoices to the Accounts Payable department via mail or email.
