Solicitation # 27-270591/NB
Hampton City Schools is soliciting bids for a one-year contract to provide athletics, physical education supplies, team uniforms, equipment, athletic instructional aids, and sports medicine equipment on an as-needed basis. The contract is designed as an annual needs discount applicable to all catalog items offered by the bidder, with an estimated annual spend of 100,000 dollars, though this amount is not guaranteed. The agreement may be extended for up to four additional one-year periods upon mutual agreement. Bids must be submitted as a firm catalog percentage discount from a published commercial or manufacturer price list, and the award will be granted to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
