MCTS is requesting quotes for the for the purchase of impact, scratch, and UV-resistant clear polycarbonate sheeting and intends to use the results of this process to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (“IDIQ”) contract with an initial term resulting of 2 years with 3 1-year extensions. Award will be made in the aggregate to the lowest priced, responsive, responsible quoter. This contract will be funded by dollars from the FTA, resulting in certain mandatory terms in the resulting contract.
