NETCENTRIC PRODUCTS SOLICITATION: Only quotes from NETCENTRIC PRODUCTS Awardees will be considered for this requirement. This Request for Quotes (RFQ) is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. The solicitation numbered F4FDBD8239A001 incorporates the provisions and clauses of the FAR and applicable FAR supplements in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-100. Please reference this solicitation number in the subject line of responses to this RFQ. This requirement is for Polycom VTC Items to update four VTC rooms within the same building. Each individual VTC room has its own attached Bill of Materials for specific requirement specifications. Responses to this solicitation should address the items in all four VTC rooms (all four Bill of Materials) and include a subtotal cost for each VTC room (each Bill of Materials). All items in this solicitation are subject to the Trade Agreements Act (TAA) restrictions contained within DFARS 252.225-7021. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating for this order is DO-A7. Award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable, responsive, responsible NETCENTRIC PRODUCTS offeror. The Government may conduct Interchanges with one, some, none, or all Offerors at its discretion. Vendors submitting a response to any RFQ that includes a requirement for supplies or services that have incurred, or that may incur, lapses in maintenance support shall include as part of its response any applicable reinstatement fee(s). Anticipated Award Date is: 24 September 2018 Lt Col Brian E. Miller has been appointed as the Ombudsman. The purpose of the Ombudsman is to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. The Ombudsman does not participate in the preparation of solicitations, evaluation of proposals, or source selection process and does not diminish the authority of the contracting officer.
