TWO PHASE SELECTION PROCESSThis is the first phase (Phase 1) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all bidders; second phase (Phase 2) will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Upon award of contract in Phase Two the pre-qualification list will be terminated, no additional contracts will be awarded. The work under this contract shall include the supply of equipment, labour and materials (unless noted otherwise) for the performance of all work as required by the Contract Documents. All replaced items, cut-offs and waste material shall be disposed by the contractor in strict accordance with provincial, local, and municipal regulations and Part 8 of the National Building Code and with the Canadian Construction Safety Code.
