The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SJN-38182-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Port of Stockton. The project is limited to maintenance dredging at the Port of Stockton (Port) docks 2-20 and placement of the dredged material at Roberts Island and Rough and Ready Island dredge material placement sites. If these dredge placement sites are unavailable, dredge material will be evaluated for disposal at the Montezuma Wetlands Restoration Project.
