Amendment 2:
The purpose of this amendment is to update the PWS ans extend the solicitation to June 25, 2026.
Amendment 1
The purpose of this amendment is to: Add RFO 52.237-1 Site Visit to the solicitation and add the updated Performance Work Statement to the solicitation.
Site Visit, RSVP, and Base Entry: The Government invites you to a site visit on, 3 June 2026 at 9:00 AM CST. Attendance is highly encouraged but not mandatory. Please note that registration is required by 12:00 PM CST on 28 May 2026. To register, please email the POC requesting a DoD Safe drop-off link to securely upload your completed Entry Authorization Listing (EAL) document (found in the list of SAM.gov attachments). If you do not contact the POC by 12:00 PM CST on 28 May 2026, you will not be able to attend the site visit.
Identification: All attendees must bring a valid photo ID.
Vehicle Requirements: If driving on base, please ensure the driver has driver's license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance.
IMPORTANT: All contractors should arrive at Columbus AFB’s Visitors Center early and wait for a 14th Contracting Squadron representative to arrive and lead them to the site visit location. The representative will leave the visitors center at 0850.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, tools, labor, transportation, equipment and supervision necessary regarding delivery
of and service/support for Portable Toilets on Columbus AFB, MS. Contractor shall also provide service to pump out four (4)
1,000 gallon holding tanks located on Columbus AFB and two (2) 150 gallon holding tanks at the Auxiliary Field OLF Alpha
located at Shuqualak, MS.
Long Term: The contractor shall deliver 8 (eight) units to various locations on Columbus AFB within one (1) workday after
contract start date and stake down to the ground to prevent tipping over. Specific location(s) will be determined on contract
start date. See Attachment A.
Short Term: The contractor shall be prepared to provide up to (10) extra units for special events, (usually one day),
emergencies etc. to be delivered, set up, and serviced (cleaning, re-stocking toilet paper, emptying) where needed, within 2
hours of notification. The contractor shall provide an emergency phone number for after-hours contact. Upon request, the
contractor shall relocate the various units on base to the designated location on the installation. This shall be accomplished at
no cost to the government.
