Full Description

This is a notice of a Sole Source Procurement award. The Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Agency (AFISRA) negotiated a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract on a sole source basis to Ultrapure Technology Inc., 325 Brogdon Road, Suwanee, GA 30024. The primary objective of this effort was the purchase of four (4) Modular Cleanrooms. This sole source acquisition is justified under FAR 6.302-2, Unusual and Compelling Urgency, where delay of award would result in serious injury to the Government. This requirement is considered commercial in nature. The contract period of performance was one (1) month from the date of award.
