Portable Drug Incinerators This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada, all regions (Pacific, Prairies, Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic). Trade agreement: This procurement is not subject to any trade agreement. Tendering procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid. Competitive Procurement Strategy: lowest priced compliant bid Set-aside under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business: This procurement is not subject to any set-asides for Indigenous Suppliers. Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement. Security Requirements: This standing offer does not include security requirements. Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) has a requirement for the supply and delivery of portable drug incinerators on an “as and when requested basis” to locations across Canada. Objectives: To assist CSC institutions in the safe disposal of controlled substances. CSC intends to issue up to a maximum of two Standing Offers (1 per Stream) as a result of this Request for Standing Offer: a) Stream 1 will include facilities in the Atlantic, Quebec and Ontario Regions. b) Stream 2 will include facilities in the Prairie and Pacific regions. Deliverables: The Offeror must: 1. provide portable drug Incinerators specified in Annex A - Statement of Requirement. 2. provide manuals in paper format and electronically in English and French. 3. make complete delivery within 90 calendar days from the effective date of the call-up issuance. Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none. Estimated quantity of commodity: see solicitation document statement of requirement and basis of payment. Duration of Standing Offer and Time Frame for Delivery: Period of the Standing Offer: the Work is to be performed during the period of date of Standing Offer award to two (2) years later with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods.
