This 100 percent total small business set-aside under NAICS code 333924 seeks a single firm-fixed-price purchase order for a system consisting of one industrial yard ramp and one interconnected fixed-height docking platform. Delivery is required within 12 to 14 weeks after receipt of order on an F.O.B. Destination basis to Tyndall AFB, with a minimum 72 hour advance notification required. Payment will be processed electronically via Wide Area WorkFlow. Submissions must include administrative entity details, a technical compliance package with a minimum one year structural warranty, and a completed pricing table for the specified CLINs.

AFNORTH Carpet Replacement
Solicitation # FA481926QA061
Solicitation FA481926QA061 is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 314110 for the removal of existing flooring and installation of new carpet tile across approximately 4,200 square feet at the AFNORTH building located at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida. The project must be completed within 90 calendar days from the date of award. This requirement is governed by the Mandatory Air Force Carpet II Program, which utilizes a two-tier acquisition strategy. The successful contractor will act as a Tier II installer and is required to source all materials exclusively from one of the seven authorized Tier I carpet manufacturers. Per program rules, contractor mark-ups or profits are not allowable on the actual material costs, and pricing must be broken down using the mandatory CLIN structure for carpet, adhesive, and installation costs. The quote submission deadline is September 7, 2026, at 09:00 AM CST. Proposals must be submitted in two volumes: a price volume and a technical approach volume. While a previous requirement to submit written proof of manufacturer-approved installer status with the quote was deleted via amendment, this remains a mandatory post-award performance requirement. Technical acceptability is evaluated on an acceptable or unacceptable basis, focusing on material sourcing and the ability to meet the 90-day project schedule. The contract also mandates compliance with the Service Contract Act via Wage Determination 2015-4559 Revision 34 and requires personnel to undergo local files checks for base access. All invoicing must be processed through the Wide Area WorkFlow system.
