The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with Compunetix Inc., Address: 2420 Mosside Blvd Monroeville, PA 15146, for the purpose of post-warranty maintenance service for a proprietary conference bridge system. Vendor will provide 24 hour, 7 day a week, 365 days a year, engineering services and technical support particular to the existing conference bridge hardware, firmware, and related databases. This is in support of a service; manufacturer provided parts and software updates on an existing system. Based on market research, it has been determined that this procurement action can only be facilitated by Compunetix Inc. due to limited rights in data and continued unifomity. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of: Kimberly Humphrey, email address: khumphrey@fbi.gov by Sunday, December 29, 2019 (5:00 pm Eastern). Only emailed responses will be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determing whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice at the discretion of the Government.
