Full Description

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with Compunetix Inc., Address: 2420 Mosside Blvd Monroeville, PA 15146, for the purpose of post-warranty maintenance service for a proprietary conference bridge system. Vendor will provide 24 hour, 7 day a week, 365 days a year, engineering services and technical support particular to the existing conference bridge hardware, firmware, and related databases. This is in support of a service; manufacturer provided parts and software updates on an existing system. Based on market research, it has been determined that this procurement action can only be facilitated by Compunetix Inc. due to limited rights in data and continued unifomity. The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only emailed responses will be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determing whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
