Full Description

The Lebanon VA Medical Center intends to negotiate a sole source lease for approximately 115 rentable square feet of space with Good Samaritan. This notice is to inform the public that a contract will be negotiated with the above named contractor pursuant to authority 41 U.S.C.253 (C)(1) under Far 6.302-1(a)(2) (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.) This lease is to add additional space next to an already existing CBOC. After review it was determined not to relocate the CBOC. The base year of the lease will be from May 1, 2005 through April 30, 2006 with a one year option to extend the term of the lease. The lease will be a fixed price lease that includes all utilities and janitorial services for an all inclusive fixed price. The issue date is O/A April 11, 2005. Due date is O/A April 20, 2005.
