The U.S. Navy’s NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support is seeking to repair five units of the power supply item identified by NSN 7RH 6130-01-592-9702 and manufacturer part number 8360197-001, with Raytheon Company designated as the sole source due to its exclusive possession of the full repair capability, technical data, and manufacturing knowledge required to maintain the part’s quality. Although the government recognizes Raytheon as the only approved source, it is allowing all responsible contractors to submit capability statements, proposals, or quotations, though award will typically proceed with the previously approved source due to the time-intensive nature of vetting new repair providers. The items to be repaired are government property governed by FAR clause 52.245-1 with deviation 2026-O0038 or its Alternate I. To be considered, prospective contractors must submit detailed information including their company name, CAGE code, the part number they claim to repair, whether they are the original equipment manufacturer, and if not, a full technical explanation of their ability to perform the repair. Small business status must also be declared, along with the point of contact. Submissions must include compliance with the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Information Brochure, which outlines required technical documentation based on prior experience with similar parts. Offers lacking complete documentation or evidence of prior source approval submission will be disqualified. The solicitation is not competitive by nature, responses are due within five days of publication, and the deadline for submissions is July 10, 2026. All correspondence must be directed to PCO Christian Markle, and any award will prioritize fleet operational needs, with the government retaining full discretion whether to proceed with sole source or evaluate alternative sources based on their responses.

For purposes of this section, Return is defined as physical receipt of the F-condition asset at the contractor's facility as reflected in the Action Date entry in the Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) system. In accordance with the CAV Statement of Work, the contractor is required to accurately report all transactions by the end of the fifth regular business day after receipt and the Action Date entered in CAV must be dated to reflect the actual date of physical receipt. The Contractor must obtain final inspection and acceptance by the Government for all assets within the RTATs established in the subsequent contract. Required RTAT: 119 days after receipt of asset. Throughput Constraint: Contractor must provide a throughput Constraint for each NSN(s). Total assets to be repaired monthly after initial delivery commences X/month (contractor fill in #). A throughput of ## per month reflects no throughput constraint. Induction Expiration Date: 365 days after contract award date. Any asset received after this date in days is not authorized for repair without bi-lateral agreement between the Contractor and NAVSUP WSS Contracting Officer. Reconciliation:A reconciliation modification will be issued after final Inspection and acceptance of all assets inducted under the subsequent contract. The parties have agreed to a price (shown on the schedule page) for each unit at the negotiated RTAT. Such prices are based on the Contractor meeting the RTAT requirements described within the schedule page. If the Contractor does not meet the applicable RTAT requirement, consideration will be assessed and subject to negotiation. ALL CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENTS (I.E. CONTRACTS, PURCHASE ORDERS, TASK ORDERSDELIVERY ORDERS AND MODIFICATIONS) RELATED TO THE INSTANT PROCUREMENT ARE CONSIDERED TO BE "ISSUED" BY THE GOVERNMENT WHEN COPIES ARE EITHER DEPOSITED IN THE MAIL, TRANSMITTED BY FACSIMILE, OR SENT BY OTHER ELECTRONIC COMMERCE METHODS, SUCH AS EMAIL. THE GOVERNMENT'S ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONTRACTOR'S PROPOSAL CONSTITUTES BILATERAL AGREEMENT TO "ISSUE" CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENTS AS DETAILED HEREIN. Early and incremental deliveries accepted and preferred. \
