AI Contract Overview
Solicitation SPE7L7-27-T-0394 is a federal procurement issued by the DLA Weapons Support Land Supplier Operations for the supply of six power supply units, identified by NSN 6130-01-739-6722 and part number 1/2C24N125K5002 from Advanced Energy Industries Inc. The contract is established as a fixed-price acquisition with a delivery timeline of 123 days after the award, with shipping terms set as FOB Origin and both inspection and acceptance occurring at the destination. The items are to be delivered to the DLA Distribution DDSP New Cumberland Facility in Pennsylvania. The contractor must adhere to strict quality and packaging standards, including MIL-STD-2073-1E for packaging, MIL-STD-129 for marking, and RP001 for palletization. Quality assurance will be managed through sampling methods such as MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331, with a requirement for zero non-conformances in the sample lot for acceptance. The solicitation is not a small business set-aside, though it may utilize the HUBZone price evaluation preference. Additionally, the contract prohibits the use of additive manufacturing processes unless specifically authorized and requires compliance with the Buy American Act, the Berry Amendment, and DFARS 252.204-7012 regarding the safeguarding of covered defense information. Invoicing and payment must be processed electronically through the Wide Area WorkFlow system.
