This procurement seeks a POWER SUPPLY under a fixed-price contract issued in accordance with FAR Part 12 for commercial products and services, with award based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method. The item must conform to specified military standards including MIL-STD-130 Rev N for marking, and the CAGE code 31361 with reference number 5466-1000. The contractor is responsible for all inspection and quality assurance activities, with government保留 the right to conduct independent inspections. Records of all inspections must be maintained for 365 days after final delivery. Packaging must comply with MIL-STD-2073, and changes to design, material, or part number require prior written approval from the NAVICP-MECH Contracting Officer, with specific code classifications for different types of modifications. The contractor must be an authorized distributor of the original equipment manufacturer and must provide proof of authorization with their offer. All contractual documents are considered issued upon electronic transmission, and compliance with mandatory electronic systems is required, including submission of invoices and receiving reports via PIEE-WAWF. Cybersecurity requirements mandate CMMC Level 1 self-assessment, and the Federal Acquisition Supply Chain Security Act prohibits certain supply chain risks. The performance location for inspection and final acceptance is not specified and must be determined. Contractors must use the Electronic Data Access (EDA) portal to monitor orders and register for notifications through NAVSUP Weapon System Support. Any substitution of parts without approval will result in cost deductions, and failure to comply with documentation requirements, including providing the OEM CAGE code and part number, invalidates the offer. Electronic submissions via EDI must clearly indicate any deviations from solicitation terms, and failure to do so will result in award based strictly on the solicitation. The solicitation closed on September 8, 2026, with response due by 8:30 PM Eastern Time.
