The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) Construction & Equipment (C & E) Division intends to issue a Request for Proposal in accordance with FAR 15.203(b) for the following: Description of Supplies - Evaporator, Freon, Honeywell International, Inc. (70210), Torrance, CA, P/N 186870-2-1, NSN 4130-00-082-3399, quantity of 4 each on solicitation SPM8EB-08-R-0058. The award is expected to be made on or around September 30, 2008. The award will be available for 21 days. The Government is looking for a 90 day delivery. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be unrestricted. The Government does not possess complete unrestricted technical data which can be included in the referenced RFP. The item is a sole source part numbered requirement. A firm fixed price contract will be implemented. The prospective contractor should have Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) capability. ABVS will be used in addition to past performance to evaluate the offers. The RFP will be issued on August 25, 2008 with an expected closing date of September 15, 2008.
