The price shall include the delivery cost to our office in Surabaya, Indonesia 60217. We are expecting your final quote not later than September 4, 2026 at 04.00 pm (local time). Please follow instructions in Section III for a quotation to be considered and email the quotation to: surabayaprocurement@state.gov
