On June 11, 2025, Canada issued an Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) (Solicitation CW2405177 / Client Ref No. 1000519614 – 47419-269614) allowing for Interested Parties to pre-qualify for Chemical Detection Systems in 4 streams. Stream 1 – Ion Mobility Spectrometers (IMS); Stream 2 – Infrared Spectrometers (IR), Stream 3 – Mass Spectrometers (MS), and Stream 4 – Raman Spectrometers (Raman). The ITQ closed on July 17, 2025 at 1400hrs EDT. This notice serves to announce the Qualified Respondents (QR) as a result of the responses received from the ITQ. ITQ Evaluation Results: The QRs are (in alphabetical order): Stream 1 – Ion Mobility Spectrometers a. Rapiscan Systems; and b. Smiths Detection Montreal Inc.
