Health Canada (HC) has a requirement for the supply of one microfluidics instrument capable of single-cell multi-omics; specifically single-cell sequencing and surface protein expression analysis, including installation and optional on site-training, to be delivered to Ottawa, Ontario. Delivery of the goods and services, including installation is required by March 31, 2026. If exercised, delivery of the training must be received within 5 business days of the contract amendment. Offerors must meet the mandatory requirements detailed in the Request for Proposal. The period of the Contract begins at date of contract award and ends 1 year from date of delivery and acceptance of the work inclusive. Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for proposals process. Offerors should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the request for proposals process. The debriefing may be in writing or by telephone.
