AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 31 January at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has a requirement for NIK portable narcotic and controlled drug testing kits (hereafter referred to as “kits”), to be supplied on an “as and when requested basis” using Requisitions on Contract (ROCs). These kits will be used by Border Security Officers (BSOs) at Canadian ports of entry during the inspection of various conveyances for drug identification purposes.
