Pre-construction Services (PCSA) for Design and Build of Temporary Accommodation at Ridgeview, London Colney and Creighton Avenue Garage Site, St Albans

St Albans City and District Council is seeking an experienced contractor under solicitation SADC 000195 to provide design and build services for temporary accommodation. The project is structured as an initial pre-construction services agreement to develop designs for two specific sites: Ridgeview in London Colney (Lot 1) and the Creighton Avenue garage site in St Albans (Lot 2). The objective is to utilize standard construction details to ensure an expedited delivery program and optimize capital expenditure, with planning applications targeted for submission in Spring 2027 and construction beginning later that year.
