Pre-Fabricated Concrete Building for Eagle Mountain Spillway Communication

The Tarrant Regional Water District is soliciting bids for the procurement and installation of a 11'-6" x 16'-0" pre-fabricated concrete building at the Eagle Mountain Spillway in Fort Worth, Texas. The structure is designed to provide a secure, climate-controlled environment for instrumentation and communication equipment used to automate spillway releases, while also offering shelter for personnel operating gates locally during adverse weather. Key technical requirements include the installation of two 5-ton wall-mounted HVAC units, halo and metallic grounding systems, a 30-foot tubular cable ladder, and specific security enclosures and access control hardware.
