Pre-Proposal Conference - Ships Bunker & Into Plane Fuel in Europe/MidEast

The Defense Logistics Agency - Energy - Mobility Fuels is organizing a series of meetings in Athens, Greece, and Dubai, U.A.E. aimed at current and prospective contractors involved with fuel operations. These sessions are scheduled between May 3 and May 7, 2015, and will cover discussions and guidance on Into-Plane fuel services and KHI card processors (AIRCARD®) as well as Bunkers fuel services and the associated KHI SEACARD® card processor. The meetings include focused sessions: Into-Plane and card processor topics on May 3 in Athens and May 6 in Dubai, and Bunkers and card processor topics on May 4 in Athens and May 7 in Dubai. Interested participants are requested to express their attendance intentions by April 3, 2015, to facilitate proper venue arrangements, with further location details to be provided upon confirmation. This series of meetings coincides with a planned solicitation for Bunkers services across Europe and the Middle East, expected to be released in April 2015 under solicitation number DPE600-15-R-0000. The pre-proposal conferences on May 4 and May 7 will serve as important forums for discussion ahead of this solicitation.
