FEDLINK Electronic Resources competition

The Library of Congress, through its Federal Library and Information Network (FEDLINK), is soliciting proposals for a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract covering commercial off-the-shelf electronic information resources under NAICS code 541990. The contract includes a 12-month base period beginning September 1, 2026, and four optional one-year periods extending through August 31, 2031, with a guaranteed minimum contract value of $3,000 and no fixed maximum ceiling, which will vary by contractor.
