Lot 2 covers document delivery services, which involve fulfilling specific citation requests for both published and unpublished materials, including order verification and copyright compliance. Lot 3 is available only to contractors qualified under Lot 1 and allows the provision of associated print, video, microform, or multimedia publications alongside electronic offerings, with access to a catalog of available products. Lot 4 is open to contractors qualified under Lots 1 and/or 2 and enables tailored electronic publication packages and integration of content into customer workflows, including portals and intranets; this lot also includes additional services such as database searching, translations, training, and professional assistance. To participate in Lots 3 and 4, contractors must first qualify by offering products or services under Lot 1 or 2, establishing Lot 1 as the foundation for the contract.
