Full Description
UPDATE - 15 JUNE 2026: An amendment will be published with answers to questions and extending the solicitation closing to June 23, 2026. Pleae continue to monitor SAM for updates.
The requirement is for non-personal services to provide solid waste management services, to include refuse collection, compost center operations and landfill operations for the cantonment areas at Fort Hood, Texas. The contractor shall perform all management, supervisory, professional services, clerical, and administrative functions and furnish all labor, plant, tools, equipment, materials, and supplies, except as provided in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Site Visit. The Government will conduct a pre-proposal conference/site visit at Fort Hood on 27 May 2026 at 1:30pm at South Sherman Road BLDG 40001 575 Fort Hood, TX 76544. The site visit will consist of a pre-proposal briefing, presentation, and onsite visit. All interested companies may attend with a limit of two (2) attendees per company. Please submit, in writing, the names of attendees to the KO and Contract Specialist no later than 20 May 2026 at 12:00pm.
Technical questions are not official unless received in writing as a Request for Information (RFI). All RFIs must be submitted no later than 29 May 2026 at 12:00pm. Questions submitted after the specified date/time will not be accepted.
