The contract update announces a delay in the anticipated release of the S/GAC Data and Systems Support Services Request for Proposal (RFP), originally expected between May 22 and May 26, 2023. The delay resulted from the need to complete an internal review process, making the new release date currently uncertain. The update also reiterates a key requirement regarding teaming arrangements: offerors are prohibited from proposing exclusive teaming agreements, including prime-subcontractor relationships. All teaming agreements must be fully disclosed with proposals, outlining the structure, responsibilities, liabilities, financial and managerial accountability, and legal documentation. The upcoming RFP will be released under a new reference number, 19AQMM23R0059. Interested parties can contact Jeannie R. Mays or Michael Mickaliger for further information. Interested respondents must submit their responses in Microsoft Word or PDF format to the designated points of contact by October 29, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
