PURCHASE DESCRIPTION. The SEC National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) branch of Army Contracting Command-INSCOM (ACC-I), Acquisition Support Division (ASD), intends to issue a full-and-open competitive solicitation for Electronic Warfare Integrated Reprogramming (EWIR) analysis, production, and process support services. CONTRACT TYPE. The U.S. Government anticipates a single award, cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF), indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract type. WORK SCOPE. A non-personnel service contract for highly specialized, mission-critical EWIR support services is anticipated. Required services include all-source intelligence research, data transfer and administration, EWIR database system (EWIRDB) initialization, comprehensive EWIRDB system updates, continuous lifecycle EWIRDB system production, intelligence support to procurement and acquisition programs, parametric review of intelligence data, electronic intelligence database maintenance, and project management.
