City of Pierre, Owner, will receive sealed bids for [Precast Concrete, 2025] in Pierre, South Dakota. Bids will be received at the City of Pierre’s Finance Office located at 2301 Patron Parkway Suite #1, Pierre, SD  57501 on May 1, 2025 until 4:00 PM. (Central Time); at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened.            The CONTRACT SCOPE for the project generally consists of:Manufacturing, supplying, and delivering precast concrete materials to the Owner at an Owner specified location.
