This prequalification includes the demolition of the W-Building and the Rosemead Center. The W-Building Demolition Project (43,000 GSF) involves the demolition of the existing 2-story building, its elements, contents, footings, and grade beams. It also includes the demolition of the R-Building bridge, columns, structures, or utilities supported by the bridge, and the installation of new guardrail infill at the bridge opening.
