General Scope of Services for Upcoming RFPs The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, permitting (as required), and incidental materials to perform the complete and successful conversion high-pressure sodium (HPS) streetlights to light-emitting diode (LED) fixtures in SECO Energy’s footprint. This includes the removal of retired HPS fixtures in accordance with applicable regulations and project requirements. The upcoming RFPs will utilize Rural Utility Service (“RUS”) funding. Only prequalified vendors (prequalified through this RFQ shall be invited to bid on the upcoming RPFs). Lack of RUS experience is not an automatic disqualifier to this RFQ.
