The following contract changes have been made to Solicitation SPE300-26-R-X004 in the issuing of this Amendment effective February 5, 2026.

1. The following Contract Date and Tier Changes have been made under Statement of Work beginning on page 8 and under Ordering Clause on page 46 of the Solicitation:

Any change in the place(s) of performance cited in this offer and in any resulting contract is prohibited unless it is specifically approved in advance by the Contracting Officer at no additional charge to the Government. An offeror no longer using, possessing, or having access to an offered facility, as described in an offeror's proposal, may result in an offeror's proposal being considered unacceptable.

4. All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain unchanged.
