Description:


This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for multiple contract actions (BPA Orders) for Base Life Support Service (BLS) and Transportation in Thailand across multiple locations during FY26- FY27 under the established Thailand Base Life Support BPAs.  Proposed BPA Orders include but not limited to various training locations in Thailand.  


Performance for the first contract action is templated to start as early as 27 July 2026.  Specific services for this Base Life Support contract include, but are not limited to, portable latrines, showers, hand wash stations, water tanks, black water removal, GRAY water removal, laundry, ice, reefers, indoor/outdoor lighting, power generation, air conditioning, fans, tentage, laundry, material handling equipment, sandbags, tables and chairs and other furniture, trash/waste/hazmat storage and removal.


BPA Orders will be competed IAW RFO 12.201-1(e)(3) and the Terms and Conditions of the BPA.  All responsible sources solicited IAW RFO 12.201-1(e)(3) and the Terms and Conditions of the BPA may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency.


Please contact the POCs listed in bullet (1) if you are interested in being a BPA holder.  BPAs are reviewed annually and the government may consider the possibility of adding additional BPA holders if it is in the best interest of the government.
