USAID/Uganda issued two pre-solicitation notices on January 24, 2012, related to the Governance, Accountability, Participation and Performance (GAPP) activity. However, one of the notices, identified as USAID-UGANDA-617-GAAP-PRESOLICITATION, included an incorrect acronym and was subsequently canceled in full to correct the error. The other notice, USAID-UGANDA-617-GAPP-PRESOLICITATION-2012, remains active and open for interested parties. This amendment serves to clarify the situation and address any confusion arising from the initial dual postings. The solicitation, posted on January 25, 2012, falls under NAICS code 541990 and is managed by USAID/Uganda’s Office of Acquisition and Assistance with points of contact including Harriet S. Luwemba and Sarah Acio. The solicitation pertains to the GAPP activity aimed at enhancing governance and accountability in Uganda. USAID/Uganda has apologized for the earlier confusion and encourages interested parties to refer only to the active pre-solicitation notice for relevant information and opportunities.

General Info

USAID/Uganda canceled one incorrect GAPP notice; only one active solicitation remains open.
