Presolicitation Notice: full line fresh fruit & vegetable (FF&V) support for DoD and Non-DoD (USDA School and Indian Reservation) customers in Oklahoma and Texas Panhandle

The Government plans to issue a solicitation for the supply of a full line of fresh fruits and vegetables to support Department of Defense (DoD) and Non-DoD customers, specifically USDA schools and Indian Reservations located in Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle. This procurement will be a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 111998, with a size standard of 500 employees. The contract awarded will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with fixed pricing that includes an economic price adjustment based on the cost of materials. The contract term will be four years, consisting of a two-year base period and a two-year option period. The acquisition method to be used is low-price, technically acceptable (LPTA).
