The solicitation is being cancelled with the intent to resolicit under a new RFQ number after substantial revisions to the requirement's Statement of Work. The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this Solicitation, FA469023Q0011, to compete and award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures, for the 28th Logistics Readiness Squadron (LRS) B7510 Dust Collector requirement. See the attached Salient Characteristics for more information This will be a 100% Small Business set aside solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 332999 with a size standard of 720 employees. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations. Questions will be answered only via posting of an amendment to this solicitation on www.sam.gov. A second site visit will be held Wednesday, 26 April 2023 at 1:00pm MDT. All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are NOT presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation and the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
