Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. This synopsis is to provide a 1,000+ vehicle lease requirement at Al Udeid AB, Qatar. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision and equipment and perform all operations necessary to accomplish all work. The performance period for this contract is expected to include a four (4) month base period with four (4) one-year option periods. From the solicitation an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract is to be awarded to one (1) or two (2) offerors on a "Lowest Price Technically Available" (LPTA) basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 532112. The contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The vehicle lease is required in support of the 379th Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron. The government will not host another site visit. Once the solicitation is posted it will be made available for 30 days. This solicitation will be available ONLY via the Internet for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (EPS) at the following address: http://www.fbo.gov.
