When submitting a Quote please attach SF1449 signed as well as Amendment 0001.


Previous SF 1449:


The Government intends to award one (1) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) consisting of one (1) Base year and four (4) one-year option years according to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as applicable.  This requirement will be procured as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The source selection methodology will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). To be considered for award, an offeror’s proposal must be rated "Acceptable" for all non-price factors. The technical evaluation will assess factors such as technical capability and past performance. Award will be given to the offeror with the lowest evaluated price among those deemed technically acceptable.


This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested.  Solicitation: SP0600-26-R-0399 for the preventative maintenance (PM) and repairs of the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems supporting building 5730 located at Lackland Air Force Base, 1525 Wurtsmith Street, San Antonio, Texas 78236.  The associated North America Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561210.  Pricing is F.O.B.
