This notice is a Sources Sought posted by the 17th Contracting Squadron, Goodfellow AFB, San Angelo, Texas. This Sources Sought is for fact finding and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as an Invitation for Bid, Request for Proposal, Solicitation, Request for Quote, or an indication the Government will contract for the items or services herein. The equipment that requires preventative maintenance is a Getinge 533HC Sterilizer with a boiler. The description of services is as follows: 1) Preventative Maintenance Inspection: Your company will make preventative maintenance inspections quarterly. Each preventative maintenance inspection will be performed in accordance with established procedures and shall include a PM inspection of all equipment listed herein. 2) Inclusions: All labor for equipment PM inspection, adjustment, lubrication, installation of replacement parts and testing during scheduled preventative maintenance inspections is included. Labor for repair calls between preventative maintenance inspections which are the result of equipment failure is also included. This agreement includes the furnishing of required replacement parts necessary to maintain equipment operating to the equipment specifications. Your company reserves the right to furnish remanufactured parts and/or components in lieu of new parts or new components. The purpose is to seek and identify potential qualified sources with the capabiltiy to provide the maintenance identified above. This notice is not to be construed as a commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract. Further, the Government does not intend to pay for information submitted as a result of this notice and not responsible for any costs. Any pricing information submitted will not be evaluated.
