ACAN (01B46-24-006) Preventative Maintenance of the Cryoprobe This ACAN is a public notice indicating to the supplier community that Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) intends to award a service contract to a pre-identified supplier, thereby allowing other suppliers to signal their interest in bidding, by submitting a Statement of Capabilities. If no supplier submits a statement of capabilities that meets the requirements set out in the ACAN, on or before the closing date stated in this ACAN, the contracting officer may then proceed with the award to the pre-identified supplier. REQUIREMENT: The purchase of this service contract will provide scheduled preventative maintenance service to the CryoPlatform (CP10K Service Including Compressor), system reference AVANCE III HD 600, Serial number 10220195 located at the Charlottetown Research and Development Centre. The preventative maintenance provides the following services: - Regular Planned Maintenance (PM) visit to ensure the helium CryoPlatform system continues to run at optimal performance with minimized downtime. - Exchange the cold head (primary cooling device) - Exchange the adsorber in the Helium compressor and exchange the turbo-molecular vacuum pump (every two years) - Exchange Compressor, Inspect pressure safety valves, clean outdoor unit heat exchanger and check and update Firmware and Software as necessary - On-line support of the system by Bruker factory trained service engineers through a secure remote connection,(e.g. WebExTM or TeamViewerTM). - Software and data system up-to-date and fully optimized. - Additional service options available.
