FBO for Sole-source: Services Non-Personal: The Air Force intends to solicit and issue a sole source contract to Circa, Inc (EATON), under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(b)(2) for the following services: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation, inspection manuals, personal protective equipment and clothing including reflective clothing (belt, vest, etc), hearing and eye protection including prescription safety glasses, safety harnesses, fall protection equipment, lifting equipment and any incidentals necessary to travel to Tinker AFB OK to perform Preventive Maintenance, Remedial Maintenance (PM/RM) and Software Support on the Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) Systems listed in Appendix A. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract with a Time and Materials CLIN is contemplated. The proposed basic period of performance (POP) is: 1 Septemeber 2012 through 31 August 2013 The proposed first option POP is: 1 September 2013 through 31 August 2014 The proposed second option POP is: 1 September 2014 through 31 August 2015 The estimated award date is 17 August 2012. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811219 with a size standard of $19M.
