The Contractor will operate under the direction of PPHS and work in close collaboration with the Strategic Engagement and Compensation Policy Branch. Reporting to the Manager, Negotiation Strategies (Project Lead), the Contractor will provide regular updates and deliver analytical support for AMA negotiations, conduct a diagnostic imaging rate review, and develop modeling and forecasting to support implementation of the new AMA Agreement. The work will involve iterative engagement with PPHS subject matter experts, data validation with internal analytics teams, and presentation of findings to inform decision-making. Oversight will be provided by the Strategic Engagement and Compensation Policy Branch. Communication and reporting will follow a structured process; progress meetings and formal deliverables aligned with negotiation and agreement milestones.
