Full Description

UNLV is seeking an experienced and qualified Prime Architect to provide Architectural Design Services which include code analysis, fire protection, as well as services from Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (“MEP ” ) Engineers, and Structural Engineers for the mechanical system replacement in building CLB3 including but not limited to new Air Handler 's; Building Automation System design, air distribution and energy code review. A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Inspection will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 8:00 AM and south side of the building, at the parking lot, Campus Lab Building 3 (https://www.unlv.edu/maps/campus/CLB3). An additional site inspection may be held at the discretion of UNLV. All Proposers must stay for the entire mandatory site inspection, in order to qualify to submit on this project.
