The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors to provide the maintenance required to preserve the integrity of the three stormwater retention ponds located at the Brown Station Road Sanitary landfill (BSRSL) to keep the County’s ponds functioning properly. Located at the Brown Station Road Sanitary Landfill, 3500 Brown Station Road, Upper Marlboro, MD 20774NOTE:  MES will only accept Electronic Bids on MES Procurement Portal (https://menv.bonfirehub.com/).  Mailed, Emailed, Faxed, or Hand Delivered (paper) bids will not be accepted.  Requested Information on the MES Procurement Portal must be submitted on or before the bid due date, Submission option will not be available after the bid due date.
