PURPOSE. The Minnesota Department of Health- Well Management section seeks a qualified vendor(s) for paper printing and metal stamping needs. The awarded vendor will be tasked with completing a one-time purchase of multiple printed forms and corresponding stamped metal tags. These printed forms and metal tags are used for water well construction management in the state of Minnesota.
CONTRACT TERM. This is a onetime buy, and contract expiration will commence at the time the order is fully completed.
