Printed Wiring Board Equipment Maintenance

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Air Force (USAF) intends to award a sole source, commercial, firm-fixed price purchase order to Multiline Technologies. One base year, plus 4 option years, to provide annual maintenance for Printed Wiring Board Equipment in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-37, 13 Nov 2009, DFARS Change Notice 20091123, NAICS Code: 334419, Place of Performance, FOB Destination, Robins AFB, GA. NOTE 22 APPLIES: This procurement is for Printed Wiring Board Multiline Equipment Maintenance. This equipment is manufactured and solely maintained by Multiline Technology, Inc. This company owns the proprietary machine code for the equipment and the sole source for the custom spare components required for repairing the machines.
