The Public Prosecution Service of Canada (PPSC) Ontario Regional Office requires based on an “as and when requested” the reproduction services related to publication and other print matter on electronic media from supplied master or hard copy originals and electronic format, binding documents and scanning paper documents to electronic format. The PPSC requires reprographics services related to copying and/or short run printing from supplied hard copy originals and electronic format (i.e. PDF), binding documents and scanning paper documents to electronic format (i.e. PDF). This can include various sizes of paper and posters. Additional or alternate standards may be provided on a job-by-job basis by the clients. The specific standards/procedures applicable for the request will be communicated to the Contractor by the requestor, as well as other verbal or written instruction that can be provided to the Contractor by the clients. Specific instructions will be provided as required by Justice Canada to the Contractor. The Contractor will be responsible for meeting the applicable standards identified on the request form. The Contractor must hold a valid Reliability Security Status.
