The purpose of this Request For Qualifications (RFQ) is to prequalify contractors to bid on and perform infiltration and inflow reduction work on residential private properties that are included in a publicly procured contract. As outlined in the Statement of Policy, Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (District) Private Property Infiltration and inflow (PPII) Reduction Program (Program), only contractors that meet the qualifications outlined in this RFQ will be considered an Approved Contractor and listed in the District’s PPII-M (Municipal) Approved Contractors List on the Program website. The District or a municipality within the District service area will publicly procure a project and contract with an Approved Contractor for qualifying work that will be partially or fully funded by the District Program. Each Approved Contractor will remain active on the list of pre-qualified, pre-approved contractors for a period of five years provided the contractor remains in good standing. The list may also be used by the District for other similar projects that may arise.
