Procurement for fuel products to support KOREA Post, Camps and Stations for the ARMY, AIR FORCE, NAVY, USMC throughout various locations in Korea

Korea Posts, Camps, and Stations (PC&S) supports the military services with ground fuels, which are delivered directly by the vendor to the customer via Tank Truck (TT). The products required for Korea PC&S are gasolines and residuals. The Defense Energy Support Center intends to issue solicitation SP0600-08-R-0233 on or about October 6, 2008 for the following multi-year (4 years) requirements type contract. This is an acquisition for commercial petroleum fuel products for an (est.) 100,832,057 USG of Diesel Fuel (KDR) and (est.) 5,334,037 USG of Gasoline Automotive Unleaded (MG7) to provide uninterrupted support to the US ARMY, US AIR FORCE, US NAVY and USMC for a four (4) year period for various locations in Korea. This is an unrestricted procurement with full and open competition. Contracts resulting from this solicitation will be requirements type, fixed price with economic price adjustments. The contract period for all resulting contracts will be from 1 August 2009 through 31 July 2013. All responsible sources are invited to submit offers. DESC anticipates conducting negotiations with Offerors submitting proposals under the subject solicitation (SP0600-08-R-0233), but reserves the right to make contract award(s) based on initial offers submitted.
