The Military Sealift Command (MSC), Ship Support Unit San Diego, N105, requests information pertaining to procurement of brine pumps for Military Sealift Command ships. The information will be used in support of upcoming requirements. Specifics are as follows: 1. Brine Pump (Freeze/Chill) size 80-250 with mootor 2. Brine Pump (Hot) size 65-200 with motor Interested parties shall furnish the following minimum information: a) Name of company b) POC, Telephone Number, Fax Number, Address, and e-mail address; c) Brief summary of company history relative to similar requirements; d) Small business standing (i.e., small or large business; HubZone status); i. For small businesses, demonstrate the capacity to meet at least 51% of the effort. ii. For small and large businesses, provide evidence of sufficient resources to meet obligations prior to invoicing for the first time. e) Contractors should consider how to enhance small business participation (joint ventures or mentor/prot'g relationships) and should provide a description of how this may be accomplished; f) Any pertinent questions/concerns. ) Please identify any barriers to entry to provide this type of supply/service or alternatives.
