The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) intends to procure on a sole-source basis the purchase of thirty (30) each, PRC-648 Personal Locator Beacon’s (PLB) for E-2D Production Flight Crews (P/N  21530912775) from Elbit Systems, CAGE Code 3686A. This action supports the procurement of thirty (30) each, PRC-648 Personal Locator Beacon’s (PLB) for E-2D Production Flight Crews, under contract N00421-25-G-0007. The estimated award date is 31 Aug 2026 and the estimated value is $150,000. The estimated delivery date is 01 December 2026. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.103-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements."

Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
